Our Fairino FR5 order from an unnamed seller in China travelled in consolidated freight. The arm crate is here, but the separately identified crate for the tooling kit isn't. The carrier page says delivered, and our receipt has confusing package counts. After 38 days of queries, I still have no trace of the missing crate by its identifier.
