Our FR5 controller return shows delivered to the service address the seller approved. Service says they cannot find a job under our order number. I have the return agreement and delivery record. Which reference should they be tracing next?

Ask them to search receiving by the parcel reference and controller identifier, then connect that receipt to a service job. Include the recipient details from the delivery record and the approved return address.
