Another delivery, another complete flag with an incomplete bench. This FR5 shipment has the arm here and the pendant crate missing. Consolidated freight receipt says one pallet; seller's list has two crate IDs.
One pallet could have carried both crates, so the count alone won't settle it. Is there an unloading photo or delivery note that identifies what was actually on the pallet you received?
Our unloading photo shows the arm crate alone on that pallet. No small crate strapped on top or beside it. Agent still keeps sending the master delivered page.
Have they answered a search using the pendant crate's own ID yet? I'd send that photo beside the two-ID packing list and ask where the smaller crate last had a physical scan.
