Our seller says the UR5e and tray gripper were handed to the freight agent, while the agent says awaiting warehouse receipt under another number; how should I link those messages to the labelled crate before asking the workshop to plan around an arrival?

Put the seller reference, agent reference, packing list and crate-label photo in one request to both contacts, asking for the matching handover and receiving record; a booking number won't tell the workshop where its gripper actually is.
