The seller agreed to demonstrate our sample-handling gripper transferring moulded housings. After 51 days of requests, I have another clip of an arm moving without an identifiable package or a clear view of the tool. I cannot assess the agreed demonstration from it, despite the confident message attached.
Ask for one continuous recording linking the package identifiers, fitted gripper and your identified samples to pickup, transfer and release; a separate label photo still leaves you guessing whether it is the same setup.
That sequence is in our written demonstration request already. They keep replying with edited workshop footage. I have asked whether the ordered gripper is actually fitted and available to demonstrate.
Their technical contact confirms the gripper has not been completed. The footage was from another package. Purchasing has asked to end this order on agreed terms rather than continue extending the demonstration stage.
That at least explains the evasive camera work, though it doesn't recover your time; have they agreed the cancellation amount and when payment returns?
Cancellation agreement signed and the agreed payment returned, confirmed by purchasing. We are not proceeding with this package. The technical contact's direct answer settled more than another month of video requests would have.
