Our FR5 ticket has a fault name nobody saw on the screen

We called the connector-unload problem a communication fault because somebody said it looked like one. The seller has a silent-arm video and that title. I want to replace the guess with the actual message and step before another round of emails.

Can maintenance retrieve one event matched to the video's occurrence time?

They found a matching wait for fixture released. The old title was our invention, not a controller message. Changed the ticket and attached the step with the event time.

Has support identified the exact release confirmation that step requires?

Yes, and they've requested its state with the wait. We're arranging the capture. Or rather, the shift lead is; I've stopped being the person forwarding unexplained phone pictures.

Will the capture name the fitted fixture as well? If there are interchangeable ones, the job name may not distinguish the hardware that produced the wait.

It will, Carla. Two fixtures share the job. Lead has added their physical identifiers to the request. No paired capture back yet, so we still don't know why release isn't being confirmed.
