Which complete-tool view should precede our FR10 stand decision?

The brass blank is reachable in our FR10 proposal, but the model stops at the grip point and omits the open mill door. I have asked for the full quoted tool and a machine survey. Should the first comparison cover the loaded exit and empty return together?

Yes. Do you have the intended blank orientation and full finger-opening geometry as well as the gripper body's closed outline? Those can change the required space on the return.

Toolmaker has supplied both, with the adapter and connections. Survey still needs the actual door handle position; the catalogue outline differs from our machine.

Has the corrected survey reached the integrator now, Thomas? I would want that confirmed before treating either route as assessed.

Corrected survey M5 is with them. The initial combined view shows a handle clash. They are comparing another permitted tool orientation before proposing a base move.

Will that comparison use the same quoted assembly throughout, with the loaded exit and open-finger return both visible?

Give maintenance the candidate too. We found a lovely route that left a service cover with nowhere to go. Doesn't mean abandon the position, but it belongs in the decision before the stand becomes steel.
