Our FR5 lifts spacer blocks from a fixture and places them in a tray. The block now sits crooked in the fingers, and we have three versions of the pickup points made by different people. I can see a finger insert was replaced between the first and second versions, but nobody wrote why.
I do not want to choose a favourite program and call this fixed. What can maintenance compare physically before we decide any points need changing again? The fixture has not obviously moved, although I have only looked from outside.
Had a similar mess after a finger change. Everyone remembered the program tweaks; nobody remembered the replacement insert had a different shoulder. Start with the removed insert, replacement drawing and actual fitted pair, if you've still got them.
The footage cannot show when the tilt begins if contact is hidden. I would ask maintenance to inspect the fixture seating as well, even though the part looks square from that camera angle.
One insert is revision A, the other B. Toolroom found a different contact step on B. The loose blocks checked so far meet their drawing, and maintenance found no loose fixture location hardware.
They specified a matched B pair against the current tool drawing. Replacement and supervised checks are still pending. I have not selected a program version yet.
