Which difference affects the person changing it over? I would mark that on the two drawings first, especially if somebody has called the packaging change minor without showing what moved.

The robot program matters too. A new operator diagram beside an old placement pattern would be a particularly unhelpful combination. Has the integrator actually received the packaging revision?

Farah, two cartons rotate differently. Lucy, integrator has it. Finger withdrawal review still uses the old one.

We had the old diagram survive in a laminated sheet after everyone updated their files. When this is settled, collect the old bench copies as well.

Henry, useful warning, but Morgan cannot replace them with an unresolved pattern either. I would mark the proposed changeover unavailable until the tool review catches up. Is the existing arrangement still the intended one for current work?

No robot palletising in use yet. Manual packing continues. Integrator owns the combined issue, Rosa.

Then keep those two activities distinct in the handover. People packing manually need their valid instructions; the unapproved robot pattern should not quietly become the replacement because it looks newer.

Glad that part helps. Ours was tucked behind a cabinet door, which apparently made it immune to every document update we sent.
