Our FR5 arm crate arrived. The tooling crate didn't. Consolidated freight tracking says delivered, the receipt count is unclear, and 48 days of asking the seller in China have produced no crate-specific trace.
Ask the freight owner to reconcile the tooling crate's marks and contents through each handover against the actual receipt, preserving any changes of reference during consolidation; a delivery status for the consignment cannot establish which packages your workshop received.
I've sent the arm-crate photos and requested that reconciliation against the tooling entry. No answer locating it yet. Installation planning now lists the tooling as missing, not delivered with paperwork outstanding.
