Our UR5e support ticket joins two different connector-loading stops

I reported an intermittent UR5e connector-loading stop to the seller we bought from through Alibaba. My colleague has now noticed the video and pendant photo came from different occurrences. I need to correct the ticket before support chases the wrong message.

Can you identify the occurrence time for each attachment? Keep them separate and tell support plainly that the original pairing was wrong

Yes. The video is from the first shift and the photo from the next. The phone files retain their times, but we have no pendant picture for the first occurrence.

What does the readable photo actually say?

Waiting for destination clear. In the video the robot is holding a connector, but I can't read the screen. That is all we can safely pair with that clip.

Send the correction now. Do not wait for a perfect new report while somebody is diagnosing your invented pairing. Keep the first video as an occurrence with its message unknown.

Does the second occurrence have a saved program step?

Step and controller log are available for the second occurrence. I've sent the correction and those files together. First video is now explicitly separate, message unknown.

Which destination does that waiting step name? I'd put its actual fixture identity in the follow-up so support can ask about the right clearance condition

Destination nest N4 on fixture drawing C. The screen says destination rather than N4, which didn't help us. I've added the drawing and the job version.

That generic label is worth fixing during handover. It may be obvious to the programmer and completely unhelpful to the person who has to call support.

Any image of N4 from that same occurrence?

Only the pendant photo. No matching view of N4, so we can't say whether it was physically clear when that message appeared.

Useful gap to name for the next capture.

Will, did support acknowledge the corrected pairing? I would want that confirmed before another round of questions based on the old attachments
