Our FR5 stop clip shows an empty fixture but no release decision

I have the job revision and occurrence number for our FR5 spacer-unloading wait. The seller still wants more information. Their message says release fault, but our fixture is empty by then. I want the package author to identify the expected condition before we film another empty fixture.

Does their release mean the fixture releasing the spacer or the gripper releasing it at the receiver?

They mean gripper release at the receiver. Sales had described the wrong end of the transfer. The block is visible at the receiver, still between the fingers.

What confirmation does the supplied job expect before opening there?

They named receiver available, but didn't say what sets it. I've asked for the signal source and the matching event window for this job revision.

Can the operator's last action at that receiver be linked to the same occurrence, including any tray exchange?

Yes. Operator changed the receiving tray before that occurrence. The physical tray identity is in the shift note, and I've sent that with the existing clip and job details. No answer on the signal source yet.

Has the technical author answered directly, or is sales still translating the question?
