Main FR10 kit received. Extra adapter missing; seller keeps counting the installed adapter when I ask.

Send the accepted spare line with the installed quantity and the received spare quantity. Ask them to answer that line specifically, rather than recount the complete robot package.

Ask what is preventing separate dispatch. Is the spare unavailable, or are they only waiting to combine freight? Those need different answers.

Does the packed adapter have the identity of the spare you ordered? Worth checking that before arguing over carriage; a photo of a similar plate would create another problem when it arrives.
