our fr5 housing stop has a signal flicker the phone clip missed

The seller asked for more than my housing-unloading video, so our maintainer captured the fixture states with the next occurrence. One confirmation drops just before the wait. The phone picture looks unchanged. I can send that now, but I do not want to announce a faulty sensor merely because I finally have a graph.

Send the matched occurrence with the job and fixture identities, and ask the package author what that confirmation means at the waiting step. A changing signal gives maintenance a useful lead, but its cause still needs checking.

Which physical confirmation is it?

Good instinct about the graph. I've seen a perfectly real signal drop blamed on the sensor while the thing it was supposed to detect had moved. The trace tells you when to look, not which component deserves an order.

Fixture-in-position, Owen. The author confirmed the routine waits if that is lost. Maintenance has the fixture isolated for checking the actual position, detection and wiring, rather than swapping the sensor first.

Keep the fitted component identity with the check. Stores may have several similar-looking versions, so a replacement enquiry should not start with the photograph alone.

Any recent work near that connection?

Fixture was removed for service. The connector was disturbed during that work. Maintenance found it not fully seated; the fixture's mechanical position and detection target match the intended setup.

Have the maintainer verify the connection repair and the signal through the agreed return checks. Keep the captured drop with the finding so support can relate the repair to the occurrence you actually recorded.

And tell the person who did the service. Not as a public trial, just so their next fixture change includes the check that was missed here.

That also saves buying a sensor. Has the spare enquiry been cancelled, if anyone opened one?

No order was raised, Grace. The maintainer corrected and checked the connection, then completed the installer-agreed fixture change and unloading checks. The confirmation stayed present where expected and the captured wait did not recur.

Service check updated too?

Yes. The service technician added the connector check and used it on the return handover with the covering maintainer. Support closed this captured fault against the connection repair. Thanks Reece; the graph nearly sent me shopping.
