I checked the puck in its source pocket before the fingers arrive. It sits square, then tilts during grip. The job has several saved pickup corrections. I want maintenance to compare the actual contact pair and mounting before controls adds another one; the tray base looking unchanged has not answered this.

Compare the affected puck with an accepted one at the actual gripping faces. Then check the fitted contacts individually, not only the kit label.

Both pucks behave alike. Maintenance found different contact references on the two sides; one was replaced from a bag labelled as the complete kit.

Have tooling confirm the intended pair and backing arrangement before replacement. A matching bag can still contain the wrong individual pieces.

Tooling confirmed the mismatch. Stores has separated that bag and is checking the remaining stock by individual reference. Correct matched pair is available.

Pair fitted with the intended backing. Controls reviewed the saved compensation, and the supervised pickup comparison now keeps both pucks square. Receiving release remains to be checked.

Has that release check happened since, Noah? The stock correction is useful, but I would like to hear the complete transfer result.
