@VictorAdams0098 Can you put their configuration confirmation beside the delivered label and your interface drawing? Start with the actual mismatch, not a guess about the suffix.
I've the prepayment confirmation referring to our drawing and the different delivered identifier. Our unpacking photographs also show the interface as received, with no tooling installed.
