Our FR10 housing-loading ticket is with the seller we bought from through Alibaba. I used the phone torch to show the fixture after a stop, and the presence indication changes during the clip. Support wants the lead-in. I have no recording from before I arrived, so I need to explain that limitation and capture the next occurrence properly.
What supplies that presence indication: a camera result or another sensor? Ask the author to identify it before support reads a lighting cause into the screen change.
Keep the torch timing in the report. It might explain what changed in your clip without explaining why the job stopped earlier. Annoying, but it is better than giving support a lovely clear video of a different situation.
Author confirmed it comes from the fixture camera. I have marked where the torch switched on and retained the original clip. Installer is checking the saved camera result and waiting step from the actual stop.
Yes, before my torch was used. It shows the housing in the nest but the returned result says absent. That image and the program step are now linked in the ticket; no one is using my later bright view as the original condition.
Our maintenance photos once made a dark locating corner look beautifully clear under a work light. Fine for identifying the fixture, hopeless as evidence of what its camera saw. Jamie's saved image avoids that particular trap.
Support accepted the saved image and result for this occurrence. Vision owner is checking the intended housing presentation against it. We have also agreed which images and states to retain automatically, so the next report does not depend on me arriving with a phone.
That still leaves the reason for the absent result open. Keep the identified housing available for the vision owner's comparison; another similar-looking housing would make it harder to test the explanation they eventually offer.
