Can the toolmaker show the actual fittings before anyone pays to move the base, or are you working from a rough block?

20 pointsI'd ask how you change that fitting once the tool is assembled. We had a neat tucked-away connection that needed the fingers removed to get a spanner onto it. Fine until it wasn't.

13 pointsThanks Zara, the new drawing includes that allowance; rear exit still catches the fixture, so the toolmaker is considering another adapter instead.
11 pointsOliver, we lived with it for that job and specified better access on the replacement. Would have been cheaper to ask before the first one was made.
