support keeps asking what paused our spacer job

Our FR10 spacer loader sometimes sits holding the block over the receiving fixture, and I've sent the seller through Alibaba two videos of exactly that view, which I'm beginning to suspect is two videos of nothing useful; what should I ask the next shift to capture?

Get the message screen in the report. Also write down the program step and whether the receiving fixture is ready. A stationary arm gives support plenty of time to admire the paint.

The message is 'waiting for unload complete' and the fixture is empty, which seems a strange thing to wait for before putting something in it.

Is that message from the robot pendant or the station screen?

Station screen, sorry, the pendant doesn't show those words.

Ask for the station sequence description. That wording could refer to the previous part leaving, but I would not guess which condition is missing from the text alone.

Does this happen after a tray change, Elliot, or have you seen it in the middle of an unchanged tray as well?

Both videos followed a tray change, and the operator says the other stop did too, although we didn't write anything down for that one.

Send the two known tray-change cases together. Include what was removed and fitted, plus the screen before anyone clears messages. Let support trace the wait from there.

Can the next shift tell which tray position the screen means by unload complete, or is that part of the confusion?

They can't, and neither could I; support now says it means the outgoing tray station, and they've asked our integrator to investigate why its completion status isn't reaching the sequence after changeover.

Our recovery sheet had similarly vague names. Put the physical station name beside that message.
