Our FR5 fixture loader pauses with the spacer placed but the tool still in position. Seller has a phone video through our Alibaba order conversation and asks for more information. I need to capture the relevant state before the next report becomes another picture of a stationary arm.

Did you capture the application step and any controller message for that occurrence? Include the fixture response expected at that point, with matching times. That should let support start tracing the wait instead of guessing from the arm position.
