I need a better support capture. Our sleeve tray stops intermittently; my video shows a stationary arm after the message disappeared. The seller wants more detail, reasonably enough.

Give support the exact message, active step, sleeve and tray identities, and matching controller and PLC entries. Ask which surrounding events they need captured. Your current clip cannot distinguish causes; one coordinated request should save another round of filming the aftermath.
