our fr10 sleeve waits above a receiver whose latch signal is absent

The read-only trace stays responsive during this FR10 sleeve-loading wait and shows receiver-latched absent, but my video hides the rear latch; I have sent the installed job and receiver identity to support and need a useful physical comparison rather than another general clip.

Was the receiver actually latched in that occurrence?

Operator says it felt seated, but the rear latch is not visible in the captured view, so maintenance is checking the actual receiver rather than treating that description as confirmation.

Ask support what physical arrangement supplies that input in the installed job, because a familiar signal name can conceal a different target or latch design.

Retain the transition before the wait as well. The maintainer needs to distinguish a confirmation that never arrived from one that arrived and was subsequently lost.

We had a receiver that felt down at the front while its rear corner was held up. The operator wasn't being careless; that was the only edge they could see. What can your loader actually observe from the normal position?

Yasmin, trace shows no latched transition; Jamie, support confirmed the fitted latch target as the source; Nina, loader sees the front edge but not whether the rear hook has engaged.

What did maintenance find at the rear hook?

Maintenance found a trapped offcut under the receiver's rear support, with the hook short of its intended engagement; they removed the obstruction and are checking the support and latch condition.

Include how that offcut reached the support in the follow-up, otherwise you've explained one stop without helping the next loader recognise the same starting condition.

And don't turn hidden hook engaged into a checkbox until someone shows how the loader can check it. I would bring that person into the fixture review now, while everyone still remembers what felt seated meant.

Verify the restored physical condition against the confirmation input, then the complete handling sequence. A removed obstruction alone doesn't close the captured wait.

Does the receiver now seat and latch as intended?

Maintenance confirmed the intended seat and engagement, with the input changing correctly in the controlled checks; the loader has reviewed the existing inspection view and identified what they had previously mistaken for the seating cue.

Can they make that check unaided now, Kai? Finding the right view with maintenance beside them is a useful start, but it isn't quite the same handover.

Has the complete sleeve-loading comparison finished too?

Yes, Yasmin, the complete comparison passed, including the unavailable-receiver case continuing to wait as intended; support closed this captured occurrence against the obstruction and restored latch checks.

Nina, the covering loader also demonstrated the check unaided, and the supervisor has assigned the support-cleanliness check after trimming work nearby; thanks for questioning the view rather than blaming the loading.

Good. Did the older unrecorded stops get left separate?
