The installed pendant cable arrived with our FR10, but the additional cable in the spare kit did not. The seller keeps offering to include it in a future shipment, and we have no further order planned. I want the existing shortage closed without creating another purchase.
They offered a credit, but it is less than the local quote before delivery. I sent the complete price back and asked them to quote separate dispatch as well.
