Three days of label created, while the seller we ordered through Alibaba calls the UR5e shipped and sends the same screenshot again. Our mounting plate is part of that package. I want to know who actually collected it, not how many times the label can be photographed.

Ask for the signed collection record tied to your order and crate mark, including the collector if another company handled the first leg. The carrier page may be incomplete, but it does not establish collection on its own. Has the seller supplied anything beyond that screenshot since?
