Bracket correction hidden between two inspection sheets

I followed an old bracket through our inspection notes while preparing the UR5e fixture study. It looked aligned in the welding fixture, failed after release, then acquired a final pass. Between the last two sheets somebody wrote corrected, with no description. I'm not trying to change the welding process from a forum answer. I need a sensible labour allowance and a clear account of which dimension was checked. Where would you start untangling this?

Do both sheets measure the same feature from the same drawing revision?

No. Quality found that the final sheet records hole spacing, while the released failure concerns face alignment. The pass doesn't answer that earlier failure. We are looking for the face reinspection before assigning correction time from this example.
