Our UR5e sample-handling package arrived with a different contact-pad shape from the confirmed trial. Seller calls the pads equivalent but has supplied no comparison on our samples. I have held the tooling review pending that evidence.

We received a changed contact shape under the same tool description once. Can you identify both sets from their drawings, then point to the contact difference instead of arguing about the shared name?

Trial set has a shallow locating groove. Delivered set is flat. Both drawings received now; the seller acknowledges the change but says it has no effect.

Ask what assessment supports that no-effect claim, including holding and release into your tray. A flat pad might work, but the groove's absence changes the contact arrangement and deserves more than reassurance.

Requested the same sample range and receiving tray used in the original trial. More precisely, the same identified sample types; our original pieces are back here.

Can you send a representative set again if they need it? I'd rather compare known samples than have them silently choose easier ones because the originals aren't on their bench.

Has the seller agreed the sample and tray conditions for the repeat demonstration yet? That agreement would make the next recording much easier to judge.
