Our UR5e order includes the controller connection cable. The seller we used through Alibaba says it shipped, but the tracking page has only a label. Fifty-four days there now.
I asked for the collector's name and package marks. They sent the label screenshot again. Has anyone managed to get this question past the sales person and into the warehouse without starting the entire conversation from scratch?

Did you get a warehouse contact, Oliver? I'd ask the seller to nominate one person to reconcile the expected packages with an actual collection record, and keep the existing order thread attached. You may find another carrier or agent was used, but they need to link that movement to your package marks. I'd rather have an honest 'still here' than another unexplained shipped screenshot.
