Get the collection number linked to your order and crate label on a document. Otherwise you've just got two mysteries

@SaraAbbott0026 The receipt for collection should pin down its transport stage. Make sure its reference and destination correspond to your purchase.

@AnnaCarter1025 That proves a handover, not its current location. A valid receipt can still leave you wondering where the crate is.

You're right, I overstated it. Collection is what the receipt can establish. Whoever holds it needs to answer the current-location question.

I've got a clearer request for collection evidence to send to the seller. It's a useful next step, but I still can't confirm that our order moved.
