I've kept our FR10 unpowered and put housing loading back on the manual plan. The seller's latest reply is the same guide with a different filename; its controller panel still isn't ours. How do I get the documentation question to someone who can actually identify the supplied arrangement?

I'd ask for their technical contact with the order, external controller identity and panel photo together, plus the exact page that doesn't match. Cheap check first: see whether the file itself has a revision identifier, not just the new filename. Your installer needs an applicable guide, not the seller's confidence that they're all similar.
