Fourteen days of an FR10 label being called a shipment

Our Alibaba order is an FR10 with a tray gripper for grouping test pieces. The unnamed Chinese seller keeps sending the same label-created screenshot as evidence it shipped. That status hasn't changed for fourteen days, and nobody has confirmed collection. I need an actual handover answer before we plan around arrival.

Ask who physically collected the marked crate, and for that handover record linked to your order.

They've named an origin forwarder but sent only its booking note. That explains who is supposed to collect it, not who did. I've asked the forwarder to confirm whether the marked crate was received.

Keep the tray gripper in the contents enquiry too. A crate handover won't verify every packed item.

Has the origin forwarder answered directly now, rather than the seller repeating its booking?

The forwarder confirms receipt of the marked crate at origin and supplies the receiving record. The packing list includes the tray gripper. No onward consolidation booking yet; I've corrected our status from location unknown to received at origin, not workshop delivery scheduled.

That is the useful update. Keep the packing list as expected contents until receiving checks the actual kit.
