New robot stand would block the machine's cleaning access

Maintenance marked the hatch swing and space for removing the basket. It's more than the open panel itself.

That basket is exactly the sort of thing a flat outline forgets. Does the alternative base position still leave a route for carrying it away?

Include the brass blank in that model, a short tool can still carry a part that catches the opening on withdrawal, especially if its orientation changes.

Yes, loaded geometry is what I meant, thanks for making that explicit. An empty gripper check would leave half the question unanswered.

Who signs off the revised geometry supplied to the motion reviewer? An accurate measurement is of little help if the reviewer uses last week's attachment.

I've numbered the layout revisions and sent one agreed file through the project lead. Toolmaker has supplied occupied and open-finger outlines for that revision.

Our cleaners inherited an access route that only worked without the waste trolley. Get whoever empties the basket to walk through the proposed space with their normal equipment while it's still a floor marking.

Did that walk-through change the stand position again? I'm invested in the basket's future now, it's had more scrutiny than some whole installations.

It did. Trolley needed a turn we hadn't allowed. Revised position clears that route; the integrator still has to confirm loaded tool access, so no base holes yet.
