what is the minimum useful fault-photo index

I am going to trial a plain list for robot-support photos instead of hoping the shift chat search behaves. Cell, date and incident are the obvious columns, but I am wary of making a little database that no one updates at two in the morning. What one extra field has actually helped you find the right image later?

A plain description of what the photo shows. Not a fault diagnosis, just 'rear connector before refit' or similar. Cell and date narrow it down, but that one line stops you opening twenty nearly identical panel photos.

And keep a link or location, rather than pasting the image into the list again. Otherwise the index becomes the second place where a picture can go missing. Boring, but it has saved us a lot of scrolling.

Description and location, then. That is small enough to try without making the night shift fill out a form for every slightly unhappy cable. I will see whether we can find an old incident from the list before adding anything else.
