Bracket passed after correction, first released reading missing

Our UR5e proposal inherits final passes. No first released readings. Cannot price how much correction those passes needed.

Can fabrication recover any linked correction records, or do you only have inspection's final results? Don't estimate the rate from whichever bad bracket somebody remembers.

Only final inspection results linked by bracket. Fabrication's correction notebook lists a shift total, no bracket identities.

Our new traveller needed the first released measurement for exactly this reason. A final pass was doing too much work in the spreadsheet. Keep the incoming fit-up and fixture seating separate, then follow the same bracket through first release, any correction and the return check.

Can the old shift total still inform the labour budget as an unallocated total, provided nobody presents it as a per-bracket correction rate?

Toby, possibly, but Grace needs to know what else that shift total includes before using it. Waiting, several product types, or work done by a second person could change the interpretation.

Notebook includes two bracket types and waiting for inspection. Useful workload note, not a correction time for this assembly.

Then keep it beside the study plan, not inside a calculated correction rate. Who is choosing the current samples?

Process specialist with quality. Both permitted fit-up extremes included. Current drawing and fixture set identified.

Who will write down the first released result before correction starts? That is the entry we kept losing between fabrication and inspection.

And make that practical for the person doing it. A form located at the final inspection desk won't capture an earlier stage by wishful thinking.

Inspector records first release at the agreed check station. Fabrication records correction; inspection records return result. Study not run yet.

That gives purchasing a defined study to cost, while the old mixed shift total stays visible without pretending it answers the assembly question.
