Our FR5 reached the college with a displaced crate support pressed against the tool interface cover and a visible dent beside it; I kept the arrival pictures and packing, but the seller wants a power-up film before discussing inspection, so I need an assessment route I can actually agree to.

Leave it unpowered and request a competent service assessment of the damage and impact path. Send the wide arrival views as well as the dent close-up. A running film would not establish what needs inspection or whether the supplied assembly is fit to use.
