Is the correction work included anywhere in the proposed staffing or floor space? I would leave that open while you investigate, rather than let a missing record become zero work in the estimate.

Amy, have you found any final readings taken after that correction? Even one traceable example might explain what they were trying to achieve.

No final readings yet. The inspector remembers a separate adjustment bench but not the details. Planning has left that work open, and tooling is checking the component revisions.

Current sample measurements are back: one misses the drawing height. The copied adjustment is still excluded. We need a defined process for this bracket, not a guessed explanation for the old one.
