I am not trying to recover the old shape from a corrected bracket this time; we have identified pre-correction readings, but the supposed first released result was taken with the assembly still clamped. Our FR10 estimate assumes the correction routine will carry over unchanged. I want the proper released check before that allowance becomes a purchase fact.
Who labelled the reading released? Could be a copied column heading, or could mean released from one clamp while still held by another. Ask the person who took it.
Then follow the identified bracket through fit-up, restrained check, fully released check and correction, with the checking supports shown; no need to alter a fixture to find the missing measurement stage.
And keep correction labour separate from the time waiting for inspection. Both affect the job, but they will not scale in the same way when somebody calculates savings.

Did the new assembly show the same issue after full release? I'm interested whether the old routine was fixing a real repeatable shape problem or several different things under one heading.
The new assembly's released reading is outside revision D on the checked feature, then passes after the recorded correction; fabrication has the fit-up and fixture observations to compare, without a cause assigned yet.
Good, that gives fabrication something to compare with its process and locating scheme; one linked example does not tell the buyer how often correction will be needed.
That frequency point matters. I would show the linked example and leave the production allowance provisional, rather than multiply its correction time across every bracket in the forecast.
