UR5e and mounting plate ordered through Alibaba. Seller says shipped; carrier page still says label created. Each enquiry gets the same screenshot. We cannot plan the sample-tray setup from that. I need to know who last physically held the package, not see its label again.

Ask the seller for the actual collection or handover record tied to your package mark, including the collecting party and its reference. If the label describes an onward leg, ask the intermediate holder to confirm receipt and current location. Keep the order unreceived in your setup plan until you have evidence that changes that status
