I still can't close our UR5e receiving list. Main kit arrived, additional tool cable didn't. The seller keeps saying it will join a future parcel but won't identify one. I don't need another photo of the installed cable. What concrete answer should I insist the next reply addresses?
Ask whether the spare is in stock, allocated to your order and dispatched. Those are different stages. A promised future parcel does not establish any of them.
I asked those three questions. They admit it hasn't been dispatched and still haven't given a date. At least the receiving record now says an acknowledged outstanding spare, not a parcel supposedly in transit.
