The draft lesson shows a rotated carton supported across a finger slot. Packaging disputes that part of our proposed UR5e pattern. I need one version the packer can actually use, not competing annotated pictures.
Give packaging and the tool designer the same section through the real lower layer and the identified packed carton. Show the actual slot, not a solid slab under it. Someone needs to own returning one combined answer.
A lower-count candidate with no rotated cartons. It has a joint support and withdrawal assessment; dispatch still needs to compare its extra pallet movements.
Include incomplete orders in that comparison. A full lower-count layer can be fine while the last few cases create a different support or handling question.
Dispatch has identified a holding position for them and added the packer's handling to the comparison. No final pattern selected yet; the proposed lower count is not our new lesson by default.
