I ordered Fairino FR10 with the matching controller cable from an unnamed seller in China for sorting lightweight components. The seller reports handover to a freight agent, but the agent reports awaiting warehouse receipt under another reference. After 57 days of location queries, I still can't establish where our order is.
One's a collection booking. The agent's reference has no arrival event. Our packing list includes Fairino FR10 and the matching controller cable, but neither message links a received crate to it.
@LeoArcher0362 Send both references and your crate identifier to each party privately. Ask them to link the numbers and say who last physically received that crate.
@HassanBrown0878 Would it help to put both parties on a single message? Passing their unclear answers between separate conversations is getting frustrating.
