Why is our missing UR5e pendant crate counted as a delivered pallet?

The arm crate arrived, but the separately marked pendant crate did not. Our receipt counts one pallet; the seller's list counts two crates. Both parties keep sending those pages as though they agree. I need the freight desk to trace the smaller crate by its own mark.

Ask for the loading and unloading package records tied to that smaller crate mark. Include the pallet receipt, but ask what was actually on the pallet at each handover.

The consolidation photograph shows both crates strapped together. Our receiving photo shows only the large crate, with straps already cut. Receiver says it came off the vehicle like that.

Send both photographs to the freight desk and ask where the pallet was broken down, without assuming the driver was the person who separated it.

We got further once the depot searched by crate mark instead of the delivered consignment number. Who at the desk has actually taken responsibility for that search?

Named depot contact now has it, Priya. Their transfer record lists the smaller crate separately after consolidation, but our delivery run has only the large one.

That makes the smaller crate's next movement the useful question. Has the depot supplied a later location entry, or only confirmed that it was separated?

Keep the seller in that exchange too. If the mark or contents need confirming, the depot should not have to wait while Kai relays every question separately.

Only separation confirmed so far, Dinesh. Seller joined the exchange and matched the small crate photograph to the pendant packing entry. No physical location yet.

Any news from the physical search?

And is the installer waiting on a provisional delivery date, or do they know the crate is still unlocated?

Priya, found at the depot under the large crate's final digits instead of its own mark. Aaron, installer knew it was unlocated. We are waiting for the depot to confirm onward delivery, not booking against the discovery alone.

Ask receiving to match the mark and contents when it arrives. Finding the crate answers its location; your installer still needs the actual pendant package and its condition checked.

Delivered and checked. Mark matches the packing entry, pendant package contents are present, no visible transit damage. Installer has the identified equipment for the setup checks. Thank you, Ravi, the separate unloading record was the missing link.

Glad that one came home from the depot search. Those nearly matching marks are a pain.
