Our FR5 spacer-block loading ticket contains a video from one wait and a message screenshot from another. I assembled the attachments. They may describe different conditions, so I need to correct the report before the seller sends us further advice based on that pairing.
Tell the technician which attachments cannot be matched, then supply one occurrence with its exact message, time, active step and setup identity; can either of the old events still be linked from the original records?
One can. The screenshot time matches an operator note identifying fixture F4. The video has no matching note. I've split them and added the unit and program details to the F4 event.
Ask support what the F4 step is waiting for using that identified event, rather than claiming the unmatched video shows the same fault; the local controls person may be able to explain the expected confirmation too.
Controls identified a fixture-location wait. Maintenance is checking its detection arrangement. The seller has the corrected attachment list. Thank you, Dinesh. No fault cause confirmed yet, but at least the report no longer invents one event from two.
