Our FR10 video shows a seated block and a missing seated indication

Our spacer block is visibly in the fixture when the FR10 unloading sequence waits. The phone video looks uneventful, but the exported state says seating is not confirmed. I want support to investigate that difference without treating the picture as proof that the sensing arrangement is correct.

Compare the installed fixture and selected job identities with the input definition support is using, because our last tray investigation changed direction when those did not match.

The job and fixture identifiers match their current documents. The seated indication is defined as a target detected at the fixture, not a judgement of the block's appearance.

Does your retained interval show the indication changing before the wait, or only its state afterwards? That difference could save another inconclusive video request.

Only afterwards. Our recorder started from the fault marker and discarded the preceding interval. I thought the export included it because the screen had shown it earlier.

Ask the maintainer to retain the lead-in for the requested fields, and have the fixture checked independently; the missing earlier data should not postpone looking at the actual target and sensor arrangement.

Rosa, ask support how much lead-in they need. A longer export can still miss the first relevant transition if recording begins too late.

Support has specified the interval from the loading request and the fields they need. The maintainer is changing the capture settings; the fixture inspection is booked separately.

Inspection found the target bracket loose at its fixing. Maintenance has repaired it and is investigating how it loosened. We have not yet completed the agreed repeat checks or captured another occurrence.

Has the capture change been checked too, Rosa, so an apparently successful repair does not leave you with the same missing lead-in on a later stop?
