Our seller has a video of the stopped FR5, but no readable message or step. What should I ask the shift to capture?

The full message, active sequence step and occurrence time, with this station and program revision identified. Ask support which corresponding input or event trace they need, so the shift is collecting a matched event rather than assorted screenshots.

We have the program revision. Existing video time is uncertain and the message was dismissed.

Could the technician recover a matching event from the original history, or is the time too uncertain to make that link?

Too uncertain. Several pauses in that shift and no reliable phone-to-event time match.

Then say that in the ticket and use the old clip only for what it shows. Have support agree the capture request before the next occurrence, including who sends it when you are absent.

Support has specified the wait-state trace. Both shift technicians have the request. No new matched capture yet.

Thank you for keeping that distinction clear. It should stop someone treating the collection plan as evidence already gathered.
