Our seller says the UR5e and mounting plate left together. The carrier page only says label created. I have asked for the collection reference, but received a cropped copy of the same page. I cannot give our receiving team a useful arrival plan from this.
They have named an agent now. The agent says a booking exists but cannot confirm receipt under the reference we have. I've asked both sides to match the crate mark to that booking.
