How do I trace the pendant crate when the receipt counts pallets?

Our FR5 arm arrived on a wrapped pallet, but the pendant package listed as a second crate did not. The delivery note says one unit and the carrier has closed the whole movement as delivered. I initially thought unit meant crate. Our goods-in person says it meant the wrapped pallet, so I'm now unsure which part of the journey ever had both crates. What should I ask for next?

Ask for the label on each crate and the consolidation sheet. One pallet can contain several crates. The delivered flag will not tell you which were on it.

The packing list has separate marks ending A and B. Our arrival pictures show A on its own, with straps over that crate rather than a larger bundle.

Send those pictures with a request for the last scan or loading image of B. Keep the full crate mark in the subject.

The destination agent sent a pallet label, but it doesn't show B. I've asked for the unpacking record where the consolidated freight was broken down.

Worth asking goods-in whether any loose carton came under another delivery reference, boring search but ours once sat with packaging supplies while everyone argued about freight.

We checked the loose deliveries and overflow space. No B. Goods-in also confirmed nobody signed a separate small-package receipt, which at least closes that local avenue.

Don't let the agent's pallet picture become a picture of B by repetition, does anybody there actually recognise that crate mark?

Has the origin warehouse supplied its outgoing count?

I'd get the seller to chase their booking contact too, if they arranged the freight; you can end up forwarding the same attachment between offices without anyone opening a trace.

And MayaParts means a named person taking the trace on, not another copied mailbox saying delivered, which is where these things seem to stall.

Lin, origin says two crates were received for consolidation. Jamie, destination still has no image identifying B. The seller's freight contact has opened a trace, with a reference we can quote.

At least you've got someone looking for a particular box now, hope they find more than the delivery screenshot.

They have asked an intermediate depot to search. No location given and no delivery booking. I've told production I still can't offer a date for the pendant package.

Did that depot answer the search request?
