Our FR5 arm arrived on a wrapped pallet, but the pendant package listed as a second crate did not. The delivery note says one unit and the carrier has closed the whole movement as delivered.
I initially thought unit meant crate. Our goods-in person says it meant the wrapped pallet, so I'm now unsure which part of the journey ever had both crates. What should I ask for next?
Ask for the label on each crate and the consolidation sheet. One pallet can contain several crates. The delivered flag will not tell you which were on it.
Worth asking goods-in whether any loose carton came under another delivery reference, boring search but ours once sat with packaging supplies while everyone argued about freight.

I'd get the seller to chase their booking contact too, if they arranged the freight; you can end up forwarding the same attachment between offices without anyone opening a trace.

They have asked an intermediate depot to search. No location given and no delivery booking. I've told production I still can't offer a date for the pendant package.
