FR10 labels match, controller-panel guide does not

My FR10 labels match our fixture-sample order, but the guide shows different controller-panel connections. Thirty-seven days awaiting clarification. Still unpowered. What evidence should settle the guide's applicability?

Does the guide identify a hardware revision, or only the FR10 model name?

Pair its revision and relevant page with readable outside equipment labels and overall panel photographs. Show the particular mismatch without guessing what a connector does. That gives the technical reviewer a defined document-to-hardware question rather than another request for a manual.

Keep it unpowered while the applicable connection instructions are unresolved; no trial connection to identify the panel.

Who tells the next shift the guide is on hold, not ready to follow?

Make the mismatch record available beside the equipment. A general correct-model label is useful identification, but it does not prove every illustrated connection applies to this supplied configuration.

Guide names a revision. I sent its page with panel and label photos. Workshop lead owns the unpowered hold.

Ask for applicability confirmed against those identifiers, not simply a download with a newer date.

Yes, a newer document can still describe another configuration. When it arrives, have the person responsible for installation compare the actual differences. Gabriel shouldn't have to certify the wiring from photographs just because he organised the correspondence.

On a handover I helped with, the replacement guide was correct but the old quick sheet stayed at the station. Keep the obsolete copy clearly withdrawn when the applicable information is confirmed, while retaining it in the discrepancy record.

Has a technical recipient acknowledged the panel question, or only sales acknowledged the photographs?

Sales acknowledged them. No technical answer yet. I've asked for the person who can confirm the supplied panel configuration.

Keep the exact unanswered panel details in that request, so a general acknowledgement cannot close it.

Would the installer also need the supplied cable-set identity to judge applicability, since the panel view alone does not describe both sides of each connection?

Installer requested cable identities too; added without making connections. Technical contact now says the supplied guide covers another panel revision.

That explains the document mismatch, not the full setup. Ask for the applicable guide and explicit configuration link, then let the installer check its scope against the panel and cable set you actually have.

Has the replacement guide arrived, or only confirmation that the first one was wrong?

Replacement arrived with our controller configuration listed. Installer is comparing it. No power-on or setup clearance reported yet.

Does the comparison cover the originally disputed connections, not just the matching revision heading?

And write down any remaining gap individually. One confirmed page need not settle every installation detail, but an unrelated missing detail shouldn't erase the answer you finally got either.

Installer confirmed the disputed panel and supplied cable details match the replacement instructions. Old guide withdrawn from use. Planned installation checks remain due.
