I know we need the events before the wait, but support has not identified which ones. Our UR5e sleeve-loading report through the seller has been open twenty-eight days. The last reply asks for a clearer video, and the existing one already shows the sleeve sitting very clearly in the wrong end of an unfinished transfer.
What exact step and message are displayed? Ask the author to define the expected condition there, then name the preceding fields needed to explain it. Clearer footage of the same stopped scene may add nothing.
Waiting for fixture confirmation. I have asked the author to identify its source and the relevant transition, with the full message and installed revision attached. We are not going to guess which input to film next.
