Our FR10 sleeves lean in the grip and every shift seems to inherit another pickup offset; I want an operator check they can actually describe to maintenance, not a request to make it look straighter again

Ask them to show whether the sleeve is already tilted in its pocket, then have maintenance check the tray seating, locators and finger contact faces with the equipment appropriately isolated; keep any recent pad or finger replacement details with the job.
