Our spacer unload pauses after the tray is moved

I have a new UR5e spacer-unloading support report, separate from our earlier housing job. The operator noticed pauses after tray changes, but my phone clip shows only the stationary arm. The seller from Alibaba wants more detail. I plan to capture the message and active step before deciding the tray change caused it.
